WEEK 1
Couples: Plan two short activities to do together. One activity will be men’s brain focused and the other will be women’s brain focused.
Singles: Plan two group activities. One activity will be men’s brain focused and the other will be women’s brain focused.
WEEK 2
Couples: Draw the smiley face diagram together and list the things in your marriage that break the cycle from each of your perspectives.
Singles: Draw the smiley face diagram and look at the side where your future spouse will fit into the diagram. Make a list of things you would do to try and meet there needs.
WEEK 3
Couples: Give something (either a act or a gift) to you spouse that you normally would not give to them.
Singles: Give something (either a act or a gift) to someone who needs a lift.
WEEK 4
Couples: Plan two movie nights. One night will be chick flick night and the other will be man’s action movie night.
Singles: Plan a two group movie nights. One night will be chick flick night and the other will be man’s action movie night.
WEEK 5
Couples: Plan a night (without kids) for time to reconnect.
Singles: Plan a night (without kids) for you to celebrate your being single (Read 1 Corinthians 7:1 which was written by a single man) and the plan that God has for your life.
WEEK 6
Couples: Make a list of all the issues where the reset button is really needed. Go to you spouse and offer forgiveness and press the reset button together.
Singles: Make a list of all the situations where the reset button is really needed in your life. Go to those people and offer forgiveness and press the reset button.
